SERVICE CONTENT

 

1.1

 

"GoKleen" Basic Content of Cleaning Service

GoKleen Cleaning Service – 4 hours per session/ 8 hours for 2 sessions
Remarks: Gokleen at home for 4 hours, it is a professional cleaning service for the home environment created at home. It is provided by ONE/TWO trained professional cleaner/s, wearing uniforms, using GoKleen’s SPECIAL tools, and providing home cleaning with inspection standards service.
 

1.2

 

Transfer of Services

You cannot transfer all or part of the cleaning service to a third party without the permission of the GoKleen, unless it is mentioned in voucher or promotion. If you transfer the service to a third party to change the service address by yourself, the GoKleen has the right to not provide the service and does not do any refund.
 

1.3

 

Service Start, Extension and End

After purchase of cleaning service package, you need to activate and use it within the system prompt time as per mentioned. If you do not activate and use it within the system prompt time, GoKleen has the right to withhold the booking.
 
 

SERVICE RULES

 

2.1

 

On-site service time

For "General Cleaning Service", the service time period is divided into three levels, 8am - 12pm; 1pm - 5pm; 8am - 5pm (Break Time 12pm - 1pm), and the service time is fixed at 4 hours per session, or two sessions for 8 hours.
 
(1) If there are no special circumstances, please do not adjust the service start time. If it is necessary to adjust, please contact our customer service on whatsapp at https://bit.ly/gokleencustomerservice, request on adjustment on Facebook messenger will not be entertained.
 
(2) If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please call us or drop us an email with picture attachment as proof at [email protected] within 24 hours after your cleaning session.
 
 

2.2

 

Service Scope and Ability

GoKleen general cleaning service provides a session of 4 hours or two sessions for 8 hours standard home cleaning services according to the normal home living environment. If it is the first time that a cleaner has performed cleaning services at your premises, or if you have requested cleaners to perform work beyond the cleaning standards, service may not be able to complete on time.
 
 

2.3

 

Changing or cancelling the service time

If you need to change the service time or cancel the service, please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Before 12:00PM the day before 100% Refund
After 12:00PM the day before 75% Refund
On the same day No refund
 
  • You may cancel your booking by informing us via SMS or to our live chat agent.
  • Facebook message/ comment will not be considered as cancellation notice.
  • Rescheduling is considered as cancellation. Refund will be provided and a new booking will need to be made.

 

2.4

 

Water Outage

Please contact phone at +6019-889 3030 or whatsapp at https://bit.ly/gokleencustomerservice. If you did not call our customer service 2 hours before the order service started, or if the service is not available due to sudden water outages when service is on-going, you will be charged RM80 as a home visit fee. GoKleen will deduct your current cleaning package credit to those customers who purchase package or refund remaining balance to those customers who are buying one off service.
 

2.5

 

Off Day

GoKleen is following Sarawak’s Public Holiday. No service is provided during the holiday unless earlier arrangement is made. For our customers who are in contract with GoKleen, the service will be replaced accordingly.
Warm Reminder: During festival season, please book your cleaning service in advance. If the service is unavailable due to peak, please accept our apology.
 

2.6

 

Identification of GoKleen Cleaner and On-Site Staff

Our cleaning personnel and On-site supervisor all carry uniform tools and equipment. The service order number is the same as the service order number of your mobile phone inquiry.
 

2.7

 

Non-controllable factors of personnel

During the cleaning service, the cleaners inevitably has special conditions such as "illness", "leave of absence", "resignation", "change of position", etc. If the cleaners cannot provide you with services due to the above special circumstances at your premises, our customer service will inform you in time and provide you with corresponding emergency measures services (for example: order rescheduled, cleaning cleaner replacement).
 
 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SAFETY

 

3.1

 

Safety of cleaner

  • If there is an accident or personal injury caused by cleaner/s’ own reasons, GoKleen will take responsibility on that.
  • If the cleaners are injured due to performing job out of our agreed job scope, you will be responsible for the reasonable medical expenses incurred.
  • If the cleaners are injured due to your pets, you will be responsible for the reasonable medical expenses incurred.
 

3.2

 

Customer property security

You are obliged to perform property safety acceptance after the service is completed. You must proof "whether the items are intact" according to the actual situation, If your property is lost or damaged due to the cleaner.
If you are not at home (you entrust the key to a cleaner) or you have confirmed that the items are stolen, you find that the property is lost or the items are damaged afterwards, you must inform GoKleen within 24 hours after the service session ends, otherwise you must bear your own responsibility.
 
 

3.3

 

Financial damages compensation

There are many unpredictable risks of general cleaning services, although GoKleen always continuously strengthen our cleaners’ training. GoKleen has purchase insurance for each single service; however, it is not enough to cover all the aspects of home service property losses. For the loss of your property due to accidents during the service process, if the loss of the item is not in the scope of insurance underwriting or it is difficult to evaluate the value of the property loss (such as antique calligraphy and painting, souvenirs, delicate furnishings, etc.), Gokleen in principle will bear the greatest responsibility for you. The compensation shall not exceed 3 times the unit price of the current service

Disclaimer:
However, if you fail to exercise due care and violate the following agreement, you will not be compensated at home:

a) You should properly keep valuables such as antiques, calligraphy and painting, jewelry, jade articles, jewelry, etc. , Fragile items, and items with special commemorative significance, the cleaners are not responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of such items;

b) For various household appliances, the cleaners are not responsible for disassembly and cleaning, only responsible for external cleaning;

c) The second floor on the outside of the glass of the above (including the second floor) residence, the cleaners are not responsible for cleaning outside the building, and only provide cleaning services as much as possible inside the building.

GoKleen always looking for room to improve after every single service provide. We strictly monitor our cleaners’ quality and service. The progress of improvement might takes time, we hope you and your family understand the scope of capabilities of home service provider.
 

4.2

 

Gift giving

Our cleaners are not allow to requests gifts/red envelopes or ask for salary that will make you feel uncomfortable or disrespect. In order to prevent our cleaners from developing such an unhealthy atmosphere, I hope you can cooperate for not giving any gift to cleaners at the same time.
 
 

BREACH OF CONTRACT AND LIABILITY

 
If the GoKleen causing any losses to you due to unethical way, GoKleen’s management team will assist in handling and bear corresponding responsibilities.
 
 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 
If there is any dispute between GoKleen and you due to the service quality, GoKleen will negotiate with you with the utmost sincerity.
